An order can only be cancelled before it reaches the "Shipped" status. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or request a return once it physically arrives.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached. Hygiene products (like underwear or masks) are non-returnable. Refunds are deposited back to the original source of payment within 7 working days of warehouse receipt.
